① For Head Office Staff

a. Accounting:


Job Responsibilities:
* Prepare accounting related entries to numerous registers, journals and logs
* Follow our company’s established accounting processes
* Support accounts payable activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice creation and entry
* Perform monthly bank reconciliation
* Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts
* Provide detailed analyses and explanations of all transactions
* Prepare documentation for external auditors


Skills:
* Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
* 2+ years’ experience in accounting or related field
* Proficient in Word and Excel
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Strong organizational and analytical skills
* Able to read and understand technical forms and financial reports
* Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships


b. Business Development:


Qualification Details:
* Must have knowledge in cost management and quality control
* Proficient in Word and Excel
* Preferably with experience related in project management and electrical engineering


c. HR:


Qualification and Skills:
* Keen into details and organize
* Good interpersonal skills
* Good in communication and negotiation
* Strong background in labor law and HR best practices
* Discreet and Professional in dealing with confidential matters
* A College Graduate with background in Human Resources Department or BS Psychology
* Have a working experience of 3 to 5 years in Human Resources Department


d. Merchandise:


Scope Of Position:
PRIMARY TASKS
* Effectively communicate the merchandise allocation and store delivery details to supply chain provider
* Ensure that all pull-out permits (warehouse side) and delivery permits/ work permits etc (store side) are procured
* Track all deliveries / shipments to stores to ensure accurate arrival
* Procure necessary reports as requested by immediate superior

OTHER TASKS
* Will be the first point of contact for assigned stores
* Visit, identify problems and provide solutions for assigned stores and ensure that stores have excellent
merchandising handling and operations
* Escalate persistent problems to management
* Other tasks that will be required as deemed necessary by management at later time

Qualifications:
* College graduate
* At least 2 years experience in related field.
* Excellent ms office skills, especially Microsoft excel
* Strong attention-to-detail and problem solving skills
* Pleasant attitude and result-focused
* willing to start immediately

e. Marketing:


Skills and Qualifications:
* Has bachelors degree in Marketing
* Knowledge in advertising, communications, business, management, graphic design, and public relations.
* Able to communicate effectively, also need an eye for good design, along with a knowledge of what is the latest trend for indoor playground
* Must have strong computer skills, social media, email and other electronic mediums
* Must be highly motivated, creative and able to communicate effectively to stores about the event and promotions

Basic Tasks:
* Analyze trends and keep an eye on the competition, as well as aim to identify new markets for the store.
* Develop special promotions per stores and discounts, using graphics and catchy prices to help create interest.
* Create strategies and promote stores that need to increase sales.


② For Kidzooona Store Staff on New Stores

Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.
We are also filling full-time positions for the following Kidzooona store locations:

Age Requirement: 18 - 50 years old (as long as physically fit)
Candidates of all ages, any experience levels and with customer service experience are encouraged to apply.

Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager
Work Details: * Must be a college graduate with 3-6 years managerial experience.
* Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.
* An individual responsible managing the overall functioning of the store, takes care of
day to day operation and ensures maximum profitability of his/her store.
* Makes the overall report, such as the Profit and Loss, Inventory Report,
Petty cash summary report, Partner attendance and cash handling reports
* Weekly Labor Scheduling, assigning tasks/project to partners that would utilize
and enhance their ability, talents and knowledge.
* Makes sure the accuracy, completion of Daily Store Report, Daily Cash Report, updated versions of reports.
* Responsible for maintaining the overall image of the store, must ensure that his/her store meets
expectations of the customers and lives up to its predefined brand image.
* Achieves results, prioritize and focus on what is important, identify the solve problems, and most especially, deliver results.
Qualification and Skills: * For Store Manager: 26 - 43 years old(as long as physicall fit)
* 18 - 40 years old (as long as physically fit)
* Must be atleast high school graduate and with customer service experience.
